HEAD AND NECK CANCER AUSTRALIA — LEND YOUR VOICE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Head and Neck Cancer Australia (HANCA), ABN: 57 163 172 178, located at Level 3, 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009 (ABN: 44 600 709 733).

2. Regulatory Framework
This competition is conducted as a Free-Entry Trade Promotion Lottery. No trade promotion permits are required in any Australian State or Territory as the total prize pool value is under the mandatory statutory permit thresholds (including the $3,000 threshold in the Australian Capital Territory). The promotion complies with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), the Lotteries Act 1964 (ACT), and Australian Consumer Law.

3. Promotion Period

  • Entries Open: 9:00am AEST, Wednesday 26 August, 2026.
  • Entries Close: 2.00pm AEST, Thursday 10 September, 2026.

4. Eligibility Criteria

  • Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
  • Directors, management, committee members, and employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) are strictly ineligible to enter or win.

5. How to Enter

  • To enter, individuals must visit the official campaign landing page at headandneckcancer.org.au during the Promotion Period.
  • Entrants must complete the digital submission form by inputting their contact details (Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and State of Residence) and leaving a message on the digital Lend Your Voice Wall.
  • No Purchase or Donation Required: Entry into the prize draw is completely free. While financial donations to the Promoter are gratefully welcomed on the landing page, making a donation is entirely optional and will not generate additional entries, alter, or increase an entrant's chances of winning.
  • Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person.

6. Prize Details & Pool
The total prize pool value is $2500 consisting of:

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) VIP Double Pass (two tickets) to Songs of John Farnham – The Celebration Concert at Rod Laver Arena on Sunday, 20 September 2026, including exclusive access to HANCA's Pre-Show VIP Cocktail Reception plus one (1) $500 travel voucher to assist with travel and accommodation costs. Retail value: $2,500.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Attendance is subject to any standard venue entry and ticketholder policies.

7. The Draw

  • The winners will be selected at random via a certified digital random number generator on Thursday 10 September, 2026, at 3:00pm AEST at Level 3, 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
  • The first valid entry drawn will win the Grand Prize.
  • Entrants do not need to be physically present at the draw to win.

8. Winner Notification and Publication

  • Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • As the individual prize values exceed $1,000, the Grand Prize winner's name and initials will be publicly published on the Promoter's official website for a minimum of 28 days starting on Saturday 12 September, 2026.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 17 September, 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw to re-allocate the ticket passes to a runner-up. The new winner will be notified immediately by phone and email.

10. Privacy and Intellectual Property

  • By submitting a message to the Lend Your Voice Wall, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display the message publicly on the campaign wall and official charity marketing materials.
  • All personal data collected will be handled securely in accordance with the HANCA Privacy Policy and safely retained for 3 years to satisfy state-based trade promotion auditing guidelines.
